These are the Official Rules for the Kabbage Onesie Giveaway (“Giveaway”). NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY OTHER THAN $3.15 SHIPPING CHARGE IF YOU DON’T USE THE CODE BIZOWNER (CODE AVAILABLE TO FIRST 1,000 ORDERS ONLY). YOU ARE NOT REQUIRED TO BE A KABBAGE CUSTOMER TO PARTICIPATE. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW. Employees of Kabbage and its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies and the immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each such employee are not eligible No returns or substitutions allowed, except in Kabbage’s sole discretion. If you elect to share photos on social media, parents should only post images of their own children. Please do not post any personal information about your children such as name, address, or birthdate.
Baby onesies are limited to one (1) per U.S. household. Must 18 years or older to order. Shipping addresses must be the residence of the individual ordering. The first 1,000 Kabbage onesies will receive free shipping with the code BIZOWNER. Onesies ordered after the 1,000 will be charged a flat shipping rate of $3.15. Supply is limited and we may run out of onesies. Onesies are limited to the following sizes: 6, 12, 18 and 24 months.
Order Period: Kabbage onesies will be available for order only from Wednesday, July 25 beginning at 9:00 a.m. eastern time through August 31, 2018 at 3:00 p.m. eastern time. Kabbage shall determine timeliness and completeness of order in its sole discretion. Orders anticipated to take 4 - 6 weeks for delivery.
Limitation of Liability: By participating in the Giveaway, you agree to these Official Rules. You are solely responsible for your own actions and agree to hold harmless Kabbage and its affiliates and their respective officers, directors, stockholders, employees, agents, successors, assigns and licensees of each of them, and those companies supplying onesies collectively the "Released Parties") from any liability for losses, damages or injuries arising in connection with their participation in the Giveaway or the award or use of a onesie.
Publicity Consent: Acceptance of a onesie and/or your posting to social media about this Giveaway, including photos of your child in a Kabbage onesie, constitute consent to Kabbage’s use of recipient’s and his or her child’s name, likeness, photograph, voice, opinions and/or hometown and state for promotional purposes in any media, worldwide (including but not limited to internet and television broadcast and on social media including Facebook, Twitter and Instagram) without further consent or compensation except where prohibited. If consent is required, you agree to cooperate and provide such consent.
General Conditions: Kabbage and each of its affiliates and their respective officers, directors, stockholders, employees, agents, successors, assigns and licensees are not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate order information, theft, tampering, destruction, or unauthorized access to, or alteration of order forms; any error, omission, interruption, defect or delay in operation or transmission of any Giveaway-related website; failure of any order to be received by Kabbage due to technical problems or human error; failure of any intended recipient to receive a onesie; printing or other errors. Kabbage reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate the Giveaway in the event that it becomes necessary due to circumstances beyond Kabbage's control.
The Giveaway is governed by the laws of the United States and, by entering, Applicants hereby submit to the jurisdiction and venue of the federal, state and local courts located in Atlanta, Georgia. ANY ATTEMPT BY AN APPLICANT OR ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEB SITE RELATED TO KABBAGE OR THE GIVEAWAY OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE GIVEAWAY MAY BE IN VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS, AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, KABBAGE RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM SUCH APPLICANT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

Social Networks: Each person participating in the Giveaway fully and completely releases each social network utilized, including Facebook, Twitter and Instagram.
